Warranty and Returns

At Konhillboutique, customer satisfaction is always our top priority.

Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items before shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.



HOW TO REACH US

Contact us by email at service@konhillboutique.com and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Please send us a clear picture or video of the problem for defective, incorrect, or non-described items.

OUR SOLUTIONS:

KONHILLBOUTIQUE's Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Konhill is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

Customer's Responsibility:

1. Incorrect order(size of the item) or Defective items

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case:
(1) the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to be sent back to us for an exchange. we will cover shipping fees for sending a replacement item. (Replaceable only once)

Note: Products that have been replaced will not be accepted for return or refund.

(2) For the refund, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to be sent back to us. We will deduct a flat Processing Fee of USD 5.00 for each product when we refund the money to every client. (If the order has extra freight, the freight will not be refunded) 

NOTE: The items are only returnable within 7 days of delivery. After we make the return agreement, please send a return label within 5 working days. We will not accept returns for more than 5 business days.

If the customer has received defective or damaged items from us, we can also allow a return for exchange or return for a refund.

2. Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the items or simply want to exchange the item, please let us know within 3 days. once items are shipped, we are not allowed to exchange or cancel

3. Wrong Address

Please fill in the shipping address carefully and completely before placing an order. The delivery failed due to the address problem, and the customer is 100% responsible.


NOTE: The items are only returnable within 7 days of delivery.

4. Order Cancellation:

Your order will be fully refunded if the product is not shipped out. Once it ships out, we will NOT accept order cancellation requests. Please note. 



ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT THE WARRANTY

We do not accept unpaid express delivery.

All returns must be approved by our customer service team; please email us first.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, and come with all original tags and their original packaging.

NOTE: We do not accept returns of used items, and we do not accept over 60% OFF items, and underwear, swimsuit, electric products, clear sale items not accept return as well.

COMPENSATION TIME-FRAME

For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.

After this time, the refund money back to your account time frame is as follows:

Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
