The bracelet is cute, but the bracelet does not stay close. I had to catch the bracket several times before it hit the floor. I would be scared to wear the bracelet in public because I may lose it. I love the bracelet and I do not want to lose it. Is there any way I can get a replacement/exchange?

Where is it
Are you sure you want me to review? I placed order on Feb 28. Sent emails for order status and was told several times that it was shipped 3 different days and the status if the tracking still says awaiting item. I requested a refund and no response. I have been lied to . I dont have a bracelet to review. Never received it..send me my money back
